Terms and Conditions

1. Object of the Service

CACTUSNET SAS undertakes to provide the broadband Internet access service according to the plan selected by the user at the time of contracting.

2. Installation and Equipment

Installation will be carried out at the address indicated by the client. The equipment delivered in bailment (router, antennas, etc.) is the property of CACTUSNET SAS and must be returned in good condition at the end of the contract.

3. Use of the Service

The client undertakes to use the service legally and responsibly. It is strictly prohibited to:

• Resell the service to third parties without express authorization.
• Perform activities that threaten network security.
• Distribute illegal content or content that violates copyrights.

4. Payments and Billing

Services must be paid monthly according to the dates established in the invoice. Failure to pay may lead to service suspension.

5. Technical Support

CACTUSNET SAS offers local technical support to guarantee service continuity. The response time will depend on the complexity of the failure and the user's location.

6. Modifications

CACTUSNET SAS reserves the right to modify these terms, previously notifying users through official channels.
